Question: How do I make a reservation?
Answer: You can call either one of the numbers that are listed
and speak to a customer service representative that will assist you.
Question: How far away can a unit be delivered?
Answer: We have a 60
mile delivery radius on a single unit rental.
Question: Can you rent more than one bounce house at one time?
Answer: Yes, you can rent more than one unit at a time and for more than
one day at a time.
Question: How many children can be in the bounce house at one time?
Answer: For any unit
that is larger than 15x15 it is as follows: 10 children 8 years old and
under
6-8 children 9-12 years old
4-5 older teens
Question: What do I have to do to get ready for the event.
Answer: You need to make sure that the area that you intend to use is
clean and free of any debris that would cause harm to the unit. This
could include yard waste, tree limbs or animal waste just to name a
few.The renter also needs to make sure that an adequate power supply
is available. If these items are not taken care of prior to the event
and we are unable to set up for the event, there will NOT be a refund.
Question: What kind of power source do I need for an inflatable rental?
Answer: The minimum requirement per inflatable is an indoor/outdoor
outlet that can hold
20 AMPS. If you are renting more than one unit each one has to be on its
own 20
AMP breaker.
Question: How old do I
need to be to make a reservation?
Answer: You have to be 21 years old to make a reservation.
Question: Do I have to
have a deposit to make a reservation?
Answer: Yes, we require half of the price of the rental to hold the
reservation.
Question: What forms of
payments are accepted?
Answer: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks and cold
hard
Cash.
Question: When is the
full payment due?
Answer: The full payment for the rental is due 10 days prior to the
event.
Question: Is the total
payment refundable?
Answer: No, but if the event can not take place due to unforeseen
circumstances
the balance can be used to book another event. (Minus the deposit)
Question: Is there a
delivery charge?
Answer: Yes, due to the ever increasing price of fuel there is
a $25.00 delivery charge.
Question: Can I
pick the unit up?
Answer: No, due to the size and the specific way the units have to be
set up our
Insurance company requires that the units be set up and
taken down by
Our employees.
Question: Can I change
the date of my party once I have made a reservation?
Answer: Yes, you can but there is a $25.00 charge. This is due to the
loss of revenue that can occur
if you book a unit for a certain day and then other business is turned
away and then you change
the day. That revenue would be lost if another booking can not be made.
Question: How many
hours do I get the rental for?
Answer: The rental is good for 6 (six) hours. If you need the
rental for longer please let the
customer service rep know when you call.
